出海合规工具链管理专家 慕尼黑 社招 全职 职位 ID：A181521 职位描述 1.工具链策略与体系：制定并维护适用于欧洲业务的工具链和数字化系统的采购、部署、集成与淘汰的全套标准与流程。2.工具链管理落地：负责从需求、采购、部署、培训到退役的工具全生命周期管理；建立并主导公司级软件的统一管理信息库，作为工具链管理唯一入口，避免重复采购。3.工具链选型：主导新工具的选型与技术评估，确保其与现有技术栈的兼容性及战略一致性。4.工具链效能分析：建立工具链使用效率监控仪表盘，定期分析并报告关键指标（如许可使用率、用户活跃度、功能采纳度），识别优化机会；基于数据洞察，推动内部培训、功能宣导，最大化工具链的投资回报率（ROI）。5.工具链合规与风险防范：作为数字化团队中的合规先锋，主动识别、评估并管理因软件使用带来的合规与安全风险，并与法务、信息安全团队协同完成定期审计与漏洞修复；确保所有工具链（尤其涉及代码、开发数据等）100%符合欧盟及德国的数据隐私（如GDPR）、网络安全及行业特定法规。6.高效的内部沟通机制：与业务部门及时沟通，确保工具链的变更与更新信息能及时同步，保障业务运行的连续性与稳定性。7.海外业务支持：深入了解欧洲业务团队的数字化需求，结合中欧两地的数字化总体规划为其提供包括工具链在内的数字化系统方案规划、建设、运营等全方位支持。 职位要求 1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理或汽车工程等相关专业背景，具备流利的英语和中文职场工作沟通能力。2.5年以上在大型科技或汽车行业从事软件工具链管理、IT资产治理或数字化平台建设的经验3.熟悉ASPICE/ISO26262等汽车行业软件开发标准，并拥有支持业务从0到1出海或团队快速扩张的经验4.具备在欧盟特别是德国的工具链及数字化系统的合规实践经验，熟悉欧盟汽车领域核心法规，并能将其有效融入日常工具链与数字化流程。5.对汽车研发（如软件定义汽车SDV）或企业级协作工具生态有深入理解。6.出色的数据分析能力，能基于数据构建各类管理看板，支撑基于数据的决策。7.卓越的项目管理、沟通与协调能力，能在多元文化环境中高效工作。 投递...
