This team brings together training solution development experts responsible for designing comprehensive solutions for defense forces and paramilitaryorganizationsworldwide.ThesesolutionsleverageCAEssimulationtechnologiesaswellasindustry-leadingtrainingmethodologiesandtools.Thetargetend-usercommunityspanstheair,naval,andlanddomains. The incumbent contributestothedevelopmentofnewbusinessopportunitiesthroughtheformalCaptureManagementprocessandactsasaseniormemberoftheCaptureTeam,incollaborationwithIntegratedSolutionLeadsandCommercialLeads. The Execution SolutionLeadisresponsiblefordevelopingsolutionsthatmeetcustomerrequirementsandbudgetconstraintswhileensuringprofitableexecution,effectiveriskmanagement,scheduleadherence,andprotectionofcommercialandcontractualinterests.KeyResponsibilitiesSupportandapplytheD&SLead-to-Award(L2A)businessdevelopmentprocess,fromearlycustomerengagement(pre-RFP)throughcontractaward,includingboththecaptureandproposalphases.Supporttheonboarding,mentoring,anddevelopmentofnewExecutionSolutionLeadsacrossCAEsinternationalregions.Contributetothedevelopmentofbestpractices,tools,templates,andtheknowledgebaseassociatedwiththerole.ParticipateinthegrowthandfacilitationofaglobalCommunityofPracticededicatedtoknowledgesharingandlessonslearned.SolutionDevelopmentandValidationDefineawinningexecutionstrategyalignedwiththeopportunityCapturePlan.LeadthepreparationoftheIntegratedMasterSchedule(IMS).Overseethecreation,consolidation,andvalidationofRiskandOpportunityRegisters.LeadthecreationofanAssumptions,Dependencies,andExclusionsRegister.Leadthepreparationandvalidationoftheprojectmanagementsectionofproposals,includingProjectManagementPlans,RiskManagementPlans,andStatementsofWork(SOW).EnsuresupplierandpartnerworksharearrangementsincludeappropriateStatementsofWorkandtechnicalrequirementsdocumentation.Developcomprehensivetransitionplansandpost-deliverysustainmentplans.Preparemilestonepaymentplanstosupportprogramcash-flowneutrality.Developexportcontrolplanstoenablethetransferandreuseofcontrolledtechnicaldataandcomponents.PresentSolutionReviewsandDesign-to-WinReviewstoseniorleadership.Interfacewithcustomersandenduserstopresentproposedsolutionsandnegotiatescopeandcontractualterms.MinimumQualificationsBachelorsdegreeinEngineering,Science,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.Minimumof10to15yearsofprogrammanagementleadershipexperienceinindustryand/ormilitaryorganizations.Minimumof5to10yearsofexperiencedevelopingordeliveringtrainingprogramsinanoperationalormaintenanceenvironmentwithinthedefensesector.Relevantexperienceleadingcomplexdevelopment,trainingintegration,orengineeringprojectsinvolvingsignificantriskoruncertainty.PMPcertificationorequivalentqualification.Experiencewithcapturemanagementandproposaldevelopmentprocessesforlargecustom-engineeredprograms.Excellent written and verbal communication
